ZEMUNSKA REGATA and Serbian Championship for Masters in Olympic Class
1 Date and venue
Regatta will be held from October 21 to October 23, 2011. on the Danube River in Zemun (Serbia) in front of Yachting club Zemun (Lido)
2 Rules
The regatta will be governed by the rules as defined in The Racing Rules of Sailing 2009 – 2012.
The Class rules of each class, Notice of Race, Bylaw of regattas of the Sailing Association of Serbia.
If state conflict between rules and or language Sailing instructions and English text will prevail
3 Classes and categories
Finn, 470, Laser Standard, Laser Radial, Laser 4.7
Regatta coefficient is 1.7 by SSF and Rang ISAF Grade 3.
4 Eligibility and entry
Eligible competitors are all that are registered with their national MNA for 2011. Competitors registered in Serbian sailing federation additionally must comply with conditions stipulated in article 8. a) and b) SSF regatta bylaw.
Numbers and national letters on sails shall be according to The Racing Rules of Sailing and class rules

5 Schedules
Registration will be 20.10.2011. from 16-20 h and 21.10.2011. till 10 h in regatta office.
At the registration entry fee of 300,00 din (cca 3 euro) shall be paid.
Opening ceremony will be 21.10.2011. at 11:00 in the Yachting club Zemun.
Warning signal of the 1st race is scheduled at 21.10.2011. on 12:00.
9 races are planned, minimum finished 3 for constitution series.
6 Advertising
On Organizers request boats shall carry stickers on first 25% of boat on both sides.
7 Measurements
Each boat shall produce a valid measurement certificate upon the race committee request
8 Sailing instructions
The sailing instructions will be available at the registration. The sailing instructions will be posted at the official notice board
9 The courses
The courses to be sailed according to sailing instructions
10 Penalty system
Appendix P of the Racing Rules of Sailing will be apply
11 Scoring
Low Point System, according to Appendix A4.1, shall be used. When from 4 to 7 races have been completed, a boat’s series score will be the total of her race scores excluding her worst score. When 8 or more races have been completed, a boat’s series score will be the total of her race scores excluding her two worst scores.
Regatta will be valid for classes and categories in which minimum of three boats take part, and as situated in first paragraph of article 9. SSF regatta bylaw
12 Prizes
Prizes will be given to first three competitors in each category. Number of additional prizes will depend on decision of Organizers.
13 Accommodations
Boats shall be keep in their assigned places at the beach Lido of Veliko ratno ostrvo. For all foregain participants the organizing authority will provide accommodation and meals.
14 Disclaimer of liability
Competitors participate in the regatta entirely at their own risk. See rule 4, Decision to Race. The organizing authority will not accept any liability for material damage or personal injury or death sustained in conjunction with or prior to, during, or after the regatta.
